no-mouse-slivers: Source: Mejibray.com; I screencapped this. One of the mods here posted this on Instagram yesterday. It later showed up, slightly cropped, with the same writing on it, on another IG account. No credit, no tag, no thank you or acknowledgement. I was also informed it made its way onto Tumblr, and I’m sure every corner of the internet. I don’t mind these things being spread - that’s why they’re shared. I understand the frustrations of foreign fans who don’t have access to these materials and all, which is why we try to give a little here and there. I’m not certain that we will keep doing it, though. While the majority of our followers are respectful and appreciative of what we are trying to do for the community, there are those who just ruin it for everyone else. I’m not asking for a medal, and I don’t want your blood. If I post something - if anyone posts anything - it should be credited. Credit isn’t difficult. Not when hours go into writing live reports, time is spent watching videos and pausing at the best moments to capture screenshots, etc. I’m annoyed. We are all annoyed. I’m not sure where to go from here. The main mod who started this Tumblr left for this very reason. They were uploading DVDs, CDs, reports, and while they were getting an outpouring of support, there were those who were also taking these things and pretending like they had uploaded them. Respect isn’t a dirty word. We are busy people. We do what we do because we respect you all. We want to share this wonderful band knowing that sometimes you can’t afford to buy the CDs and DVDs right away, or you don’t live in Japan so you can’t see them or gain access to the fanclub videos and all. However, I’m tired. Once again, we are left to wonder where to go from here… -- source link
