#JLMyōkaioftheday : Basan, or the fire-breathing chicken. While that sure sounds terrifying, the basan is a harmless yōkai. Its “fire” is made up of ghost light, and is not hot at all. Its appetite is composed of the remains of campfires, and bits of charcoal.
