siryouarebeingmocked: gservator: First we must agree upon terms. Property is defined as a thing or things belonging to an individual, corporation or government body, or their collective possessions, no we will not make a distinction between private and personal property because I outright deny the socialist/communist worldview. Murder is defined as the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another. Terrorism is defined in the Code of Federal Regulations as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives. If we accept these terms we can move on, if not you can move on. The Death of George Floyd was not a murder, the man died of an overdose while in police custody, Fentanyl is a hell of a drug and he had enough in his system along with other drugs to kill four grown men, the body cam footage of the police officers even show he was saying he couldn’t breathe as he was put in the car, this was the spark that caused his heart to race as panic set in causing the overdose, they called an ambulance and he asked to be let out on the ground, they complied and kept him pinned as per standard training to make sure he couldn’t run away if he was faking his fit. Unfortunate but not murder. Ahmaud Arbery was caught multiple times on security camera breaking into a currently under construction home, at the same time there were multiple instances of breaking and entering along with theft, the Mcmichaels contacted police as they decided to perform a citizens arrest, something perfectly legal to do, this time Ahmaud broke into the U/C home and stole a hammer, during the pursuit they parked infront of him roughly 200 meters and told him to stop as he was under citizens arrest, the footage then shows Arbery speed up and run around the other side of their truck to then tackle the younger Mcmichael and try to wrestle away the shotgun in his hand, during the scuffle the gun was pointed at his chest and you know the rest. Again, unfortunate but not murder Rayshard Brooks, he had the police called on him because he fell asleep at the wheel in the Wendy’s drive through, this understandably blocked the drive through preventing business, the police arrive, wake him up, move the car and proceed with the standard Field Sobriety Test, after discovering he was in fact intoxicated they began to arrest him, he complied at first but when the cuffs were about to go on he resisted, wrestling the two officers to the ground, bashing one of their heads and stealing their taser, he then ran, as he ran he turned back and fired the taser at an officer in pursuit, the other officer then fired his weapon and you know the rest. Unfortunate yet still not murder. Jacob Blake had the police called by his ex, he was not supposed to be there, he was belligerent and possibly violent, he had a standing warrant out for his arrest at the time aswell, during the altercation the police attempted to subdue the man and were unsuccessful, they shot him with a taser and it proved ineffective as he continued to walk saying “I’ll stab you” or something along those lines, tell officers try to get him to comply while having weapons drawn, he doesn’t but does make an active attempt to gain access to his vehicle where a knife was later found, the officer opened fire and he is now paralyzed. Not murder by any definition of the word. Beyond the fact that the act of murder would not justify a mob burning down innocent people’s property, the argument is false from the get go, this isn’t about the deaths of your chosen criminals, this is about terrorism, you people wish to terrorize the public to sway political opinions, to radicalize, this however will not work, Americans may be many things but they are not a people that will take commie larpers burning down their cities lying down, if you value the destruction of my property more than your life you made your choice. People like OP have utterly trivialized the word ‘murder’ by abusing it so much for what is, at worst, incompetence and manslaughter. Which doesn’t magically become murder when cops do it, as a certain Scotsman once tried to argue. -- source link
