‘Do it with style’ a short comic, Part 1/3 illustrated by @pandoras-police-boxBased on the series ‘Good Omens’ Hello again! This was meant to be a really short project based some idea that popped into my head. Of course it ended up taking ages to complete, first with research as I wanted to try a new layout for the panels, then for figuring out a good time period to base the plot on, then the biggest problem of trying to find a quick way to color that wouldn’t take ages. There’s really no symbolic meaning behind this one being monochromatic, or… blue? It’s really just the only thing that was working in the slightest after days of trying every type of coloring I could think of. During all that, it took extra long as the program I use to draw has decided to rebel against me, going incredibly slow and crashing every 10 minutes loosing any progress I made since my last save. The good news in this is that I finally learned where the settings were and got some other features sorted out, and also learned how to recover lost files. The problem is, it’s still not working properly and its being an absolute pain to draw with right now, so creating new content is going even slower than usual. Also, this time, the plot and dialogue is my own, not based on a pre-existing post or anything. So it’s far from poetry with my in-experience in writing, but my goal in this was really just to draw more of these two and get some more practice in making comics.
