awildhanmonster:And as promised, the next dog! This one is a present for my beloved @Wyrd66, aka @Wyrddogs, of her dearest darling Miss Bindi the (alleged) McNab(…bish)! Bindi is a wild looking and beautiful sparkledog and I dug through a lot of Wyrd’s photography to find the expression I wanted; took me a couple days to get right, but I’m pretty pleased with it overall! I’m using a technique for these to fiddle with colors that I parsed out from a post by @tamberella a while back that’s like… flatting on top of a really strong sienna wash, which helps influence overall color of the piece as you layer on more and more stuff. Still learning how to hit my stride with it, but really nice over all! -- source link
