Klaine Advent: Day Twenty-Four: YesterdayYesterday they had brunch. They took the New York Times and sat at their favorite spot, trading sections and drinking coffee. Not talking on purpose, because if they did they would fight.Yesterday they fought about saving enough money for the wedding.Yesterday Blaine moved back in. There was a split bottle of prosecco and sex on the couch. They found a brunch spot they loved.Yesterday Blaine proposed and upended their lives again. Kurt said yes because there was no other answer.Yesterday they pined for each other, lonely and apart but with no clear way forward.Yesterday Blaine upended their world with a handful of words: “I was with someone.”Yesterday they said “I love you,” the words tripping off the tongue as if they’d been ready forever.Yesterday a spy met an easy mark. The mark sang, “I finally found you, my missing puzzle piece, I’m complete,” and took the spy’s breath away.+Today Kurt packs a bag and heads to Elliot’s, the front door sliding closed so gently it’s inaudible. Blaine misses class and can’t think about tomorrow. -- source link
