“Christmas” originated from pagan idolatry and pagan customs called “Saturnalia” . You can not read or find “Christmas” in the bible. This holiday was never celebrated by Christ, his disciples, or anyone else in the bible. This holiday called “Christmas/Saturnalia” was not celebrated by so called “Christians” until the 4th century (AD). This started when the Pope Julius The First (catholic church) decided to pick “December 25th” and call it “Christmas” because it coincided with a bunch of pagan activities he wanted to participate in called “Saturnalia”. Saturnalia/Christmas included getting drunk, gluttony, orgies, gifting men, men having sex with men, and feasting on slaves. Pope Julius made it clear he wanted to include these activities in the “church” and he succeeded, replacing the name “Saturnalia” to “Christmas” Look all of this up including the definition of Saturnalia. -- source link
