First time i’ve seen a NomiHoudai sign in Romanji. Nomihoudai is essentially an “all you can drink” deal. You pay for a set number of hours and you can drink as much as you want from a set drink menu as you like. There are normally rules like you have to buy at least two dishes of food each as well, but it’s often well worth it if you’re planning to have a heavy night of boozing. The cheapest one’s i’ve found thus far, are opposite Sunshine City in Ikebukuro. Highly recommend trying it if you’re visiting Japan. -- source link
