My deadlift progression. . First clip is of me struggling back in August with 185lbs. That’s when I said I want to lift this for 10 to 12 reps one day. The second clip is me fixing my form. The third clip is my trying my hand at 200lbs! I was proud and had a lot of energy that day it moved like butter. The last 2 clips are of me trying to rep out 185lbs. . I’m showing you all of this to say that it’s a process. That even though it was hard I didnt give up on my goal. I am getting close I went from a struggling 2 reps to a powerful 7 reps easy money. I work and I worked hard. There were days and sets that kicked my butt but I never gave up. I’m making gains this year because my biggest goal is to compete and I won’t feel comfortable with out my gains. . The program I am on is doing the booty great I have gained a half inch so far and I’m not done. With my program and my eating I’m making the gains I want! .
