She uses her bicep and upper arm as a brace and takes the weight on her shoulder, right where her pauldron is (that’s the name for the armored piece that covers the shoulder, BTW). Her cowter (elbow armor) is the other main point of contact. That way, she can bend as Antiope lands and push up with her legs, hand and elbow to help launch her in the air. Whoever choreographed this move knew exactly how armor and bodies work. It makes me cry tears of joy. -- source link
