The second dish I made at cooking school was Vietnamese rice crepes. It was cooked using the fresh rice milk we made before the class and fresh shrimp and chicken. Inside we put green onions, shallots, lettuce, and other herbs. We also prepared the dipping sauce. You eat the crepe stuffed with all the herbs and then wrapped into a sheet of rice paper kinda like a burrito. I gotta say this was the yummiest Vietnamese dish I have had so far.
