Whenever I do a cheeky little transformation Tuesday post I am reminded of how I felt about bodybuilding back then and how I feel about it now. Im reminded of all the people I’ve met, gyms I’ve trained in, competitions I’ve done, mistakes I’ve made, lessons I learnt, memories I’ve made…and I think I love that the most. Bodybuilding gives you so much more than the physique alone. .
