Kel Mitchell Is Returning To Nickelodeon! The actor, who spent the majority of the ‘90s doing sketch comedy on “Kenan and Kel” and “All That,” will be back on Nickelodeon this fall on the network’s new hit series “Sam and Cat.” On a fall episode of “Sam of Cat” – which stars Jennette McCurdy and Ariana Grande, respectively, as the titular characters – Mitchell will play Big Peezy, a huge rap star who hires Sam to be his assistant.
