As a sexologist and human, I want to protect women- by prosecuting domestic abusers, and not voting sexual predators into public office. I want to protect life- by making healthcare free for everyone regardless of pre-existing conditions, and banning assault rifles. I believe that babies’ lives matter- so I support paid maternity leave, and free birth control so every baby is wanted. I believe every child matters- so I support comprehensive sex education in schools, a $15+ minimum wage because 40% of children in the US live in poverty at some point, and human rights for children, including not being kidnapped from their parents at the border and held in cages. I believe families deserve better- better than being ripped apart by ICE, by gun violence, by police brutality. I believe families deserve to decide if, how, and when they become families through access to reproductive services and education. Strangely, folks with these signs oppose all these pro-life, pro-child, pro-family measures.
