So I had a bit of a surprise today! I was digging through my borealis-style dice bag trying to find a specific set for a comparison post, and I found…this! Which surprised me quite a bit, as a yellow borealis with this kind of glitter has been on my wishlist from any major company for a LONG time now. And I couldn’t recall buying one from a handmade seller…And then I realized. This d20 wasn’t yellow when it came to me Originally this was a clear d20 with iridescent glitter in mainly the green/blue spectrum, and it’s been sitting in my dice bag for the past nine months since no one’s doing in-person DnD in a pandemic (right guys? we’re all staying home and playing online and not being superspreaders, right? [pointed look]) so I didn’t notice until now.I do kind of love the new look! It really does look like a nice bright lemony yellow borealis. But I hope it hasn’t happened to anyone else who bought the same d20.(Unlike most posts, I won’t tag the maker in this one–I don’t want to call them out for something that may have been outside their control!) -- source link
