Oil-Free & Crispy Potato Wedges + Smashed Avo Evenly slice 2 large potatoes (I used Japanese sweet potatoes) into wedges and toss into a pot of cold water. Bring water to a boil. Once the water comes to a boil, drain the potatoes. Season with a tiny bit of flour, onion powder, garlic powder, juice of ¼ lemon, paprika, minced garlic, fresh rosemary (or whatever herbs you prefer!), sea sat + pepper. Place wedges with skin down on the tray to prevent them from sticking! Pop them into the oven at 425F for 40-50 mins.
