murdockmusic: #AAAH (Agoraphobic. Alcoholic. Asshole.) - Murdock #AAAH is my debut full length album (Jersey City Hip-Hop/theatre artist Murdock). It’s a concept album partnered with live theatrical performances showcasing my battle with anxiety and depression. It is meant to create an open dialogue about mental health and help break the negative stigma against it, especially in the Hip-Hop Community. A trigger warning has been placed on the entirety of this album, especially tracks 5 and 6. When journeying into my anxiety/depression I dive deeply into the disturbing and dark thoughts that people struggling with mental health issues go through and face.
