“Four winged dragon fly of slme sort near Wazuka! Beautiful and slow moving…” Hello, thanks for the submission! This appears to be a beautiful black damselfly, probably Calopteryx atrata! It also seems to be a lovely female. Males have a distinct blue-green sheen and a thinner abdomen. https://www.google.com/amp/s/tombo2009.exblog.jp/amp/10778146/ These predatory insects eat flies, mosquitoes and gnats.
