toned-and-brunette: girlgrowingsmall: The problem with this plate: no yolks. The egg yolk contains the vast majority of beneficial nutrients in the egg. The whites have practically nothing. A whole egg, yolk and all, is only 70 calories. It’s not worth cutting the yolk out, losing all that iron, zinc, and other vital nutrients that barely have a trace in the egg whites.
