To my own surprise, I did love the supernatural aspect of the series, and since we already know that soul-eating creatures are canon, the presence of some longing ghosts could be in tune with the mysterious vibe of the story. The transparent apparition standing in the distance, the misty figure barely visible, trembling in the wind, before floating up the hill and disappearing in the fog. I found it essential to illustrate this humble proposal. The ghosts came out similar to the ghosts in the Crimson Peak, and although it wasn’t intentional or planned, let’s just say it is vaguely inspired by the movie.) -- source link
