Hello, followers of @kinseycouple! We hear it’s time to move, so we’re digitally packing up. A lot of you have written to ask where we’re going, so we looked into Tumblr alternatives. Wordpress, Pillowfort, Mastodon, Twitter, Dreamwidth, Newgrounds, and Fetlife are all problematic for various reasons.However, two potential winners are Sharesome and MeWe.As far as we can tell, both are free, intuitive, and allow freedom of expression, including NSFW images. Sharesome is focused exclusively on NSFW images and seems very close to Tumblr in terms of functionality, so we think it’s our top choice. (Sharesome is also working on a way to import your Tumblr blog.) We will try both before we decide.
