Please Follow Us if You Can Relate: ANXIETYPROBLEMSFunny thing about this, my yoga teacher still says you can do yoga with a broken or hurt leg.Some people at my tkd school still show up with broken legs or whatever, we’ve even got a pregnant 5th degree who still comes to train, but she can’t spar or break boards and if you have a broken leg you can’t spar and doing patterns can be difficult. Some of the black belts have bad knees or whatever and they take breaks if they need to, but if I have an anxiety attack then fuck that shit now joong-gun tul, crybaby -- source link
