I read somewhere that half of season 2 will take place outside of Republic City, so maybe she’s a master in the Northern Water Tribe.Alternatively, she could show up as the new NWT representative to the Republic City Council. Methinks this is unlikely, however, given that her sibling is already a member.Having seen her picture, though, we know one of two things: either she’s married, or Katara passes away in season 2 and and Kya inherits her great-grandmother’s necklace. -- source link
