According to AnimeRecorder (source linked in a reblog), the following will be included in the Bluray and DVD boxes: Illustrations drawn by Nakamura The image above will be the DVD jacket, drawn by Yoko Kikuchi, who did character design for all previous SiH anime iterations The short booklet that viewers were able to receive during certain periods of the theatrical run A recording of one of the stage greetings that took place a few days before the official start of the theatrical run From what I can tell, all these things will be in both the DVD and Bluray releases.
