How cute and heartwarming! (Video) Her face AWWWWWWWWWWWW This is why it is so important for others to learn ASL ☺️ My coworker’s daughter is deaf and one of the stories she loves to tell is how when her daughter was younger they visited the park and met a ranger. He greeted them and then accidentally signed “how are you” or something to that effect. She and her daughter were thrilled, but he had no idea what he’d done. Says her daughter never forgot about him. HOH and deaf guests are visibly ecstatic/relieved when my co-worker steps up and communicates with them (and she’s the nicest person in the world too). Language is an extremely powerful tool, especially when someone feels like they’re the only one! -- source link
