It pays the bills and keeps roof and foodMoney and supporting your family matters, but it also sounds like there’s no guarantee of longevity or a future, something that really matters too, especially with the family. I would keep your eyes peeled for a new job, but of course there’s less pressure because you’re currently employed. Casually see what’s out there and think about making that change.
