It is STILL the celebration of our Lord Jesus Christ’s Resurrection, and as such, is NOT dependant on the word of one mortal man. The Lord is our Father, NOT Pope Francis. Yes, I understand WHY he has cancelled Mass/services/whatever at St. Peters, but that does NOT mean he has the AUTHORITY to cancel Easter itself. Only God Himself could do that, and we ALL know that He won’t. Jesus: Stop telling everyone I’m dead! Pope (tearfully): Sometimes I can still hear his voice.
