There are stories from the U.S., South America, Europe, Germany, U.K and much more. Not only that, but each story portrays different cultural backgrounds and how they perceive mental illnesses. Each story covers the person’s background information, their mental disorders, diagnosis, the causes for their disorders, symptoms, how it affected their life, negative behaviors, the type of therapy received, coping techniques, changes within them, what they learned from their illnesses and advice. Some of the stories have names and pictures for you to see the true face behind the struggles and other stories are anonymous. The following is a list of all the disorders this series covers. The list portrays a wide variety of mental illnesses. Unfortunately, the media only talks about depressive and anxiety disorders, and even though both of these illnesses are the most common we cannot ignore the rest of them.
