Harlow and Fox ‘Augusta’ Bra, Brief, Suspender and Robe. Harlow and Fox struck me instantly with their classic, luxurious designs. They are a full bust brand, producing in the size range of 30-38 DD-G. One of the pros of my bra size is that I can usually find styles in standard lines and also edge in at the smaller end of full-figure lines, such as this. ‘Augusta’ filled me with want from first sight. A bra/brief/suspender set with matching luxe kimono robe. For one thing, it’s a perfect green shade I don’t think we see enough of in lingerie, but when done well, is stunning (particularly for us redheads). For another, it’s got one of my favorite details- fringing. LOTS of fringing! The bra in a 32 DD fits perfectly. I hover between a D-DD depending on brand, sometimes unable to fill out a DD volume-wise (thanks pregnancy and breastfeeding). The shape this bra creates- lifted, perky, well-supported without any padding, moulding or added bulk- is awesome and basically what most of the busty among us want from a bra. The construction is very high-quality, as is the silk and the lace, which contrary to how it looks in the photo, is not a print, but 3-dimensional laser-cut embroidery. The brief is a great fit, insanely comfortable and has a keyhole back with dangling tassel! An adorable surprise. The suspender is just incredible. It offers good coverage and in spite of the delicate fabric, is very sturdy. Fully fashioned/non-stay-up stockings can be worn securely all day, no moving, sliding around or pulling down. The long fringe on the hips is so, so special and my favorite thing about ‘Augusta’. If you’re feeling extra luxurious, then this robe is for you. It’s quite heavy, consisting of double layered of silk- green on the outside black on the inside- and lots of that fringing. Far from being a hindrance, that heaviness makes the garment feel very expensive and it wears like, well, a strong caress. I don’t know if that’s an accurate description for all, but it is to me and it’s one of the most pleasurable feelings in my opinion. If you have a fuller figure and find yourself sized out of a lot of luxury lingerie labels, then Harlow and Fox is your answer.  I was already recommending them on reputation and design alone to larger busted friends before even experiencing these pieces.
