theveryworstthing:concept art for races in @manojalpa‘s new homebrew game. the fancy engineer bird couple are Koko. they love shiny things, pretty colors, Noise, and Fantasy Weed. they are smarter than you and have also been known to shove their children in their pockets along with the rest of the flotsam they carry around if said pockets are big enough. the fancy pastel fish elves are the Lislan. they’re completely androgynous so i drew the difference between a royal fish and a common fish instead. royals get to be purple and this one’s transparent shawl is actually a type of symbiotic jellyfish friend that helps keep them moist on dry land. kind of like a pet slime with the intelligence of a cat. commoners have more functional fashion, using their woven belts to hold shiny stones that they crack shellfish on. -- source link
