First I’d like to dedicate this to my wonderful rp partner, @battleguqinThis is my DR. STONE AU of MDZS that I’m totally probably going to start a fic because I’m obsessed with those two shows right now. It starts in the modern world where Jiang Cheng, Wei Wuxian, and Lan Wangji are college students preparing for a giant exam. They’re all STEM students in San Francisco with different concentrations (WWX is Neuroscience w/ a minor in Music, LWJ is Herbalogy who also minors in music, and Jiang Cheng is Zoology with hopes of becoming a vet one day). Though these plans are cut short as everyone on earth is turned to stone.Lan Wangji wakes up first and after six months of testing, discovers the Stone Formula. His tests on freeing WWX are ineffective for 13 years. He is lucky with some other people and starts to form a tribe he dubs as The Tribe of Lan. Lan Wangji’s first success is a little boy named Wen Yuan, who he adopts and renames to Lan Shizui as his parents’ statues were broken and buried. He also finds another little boy he adopts and renames Lan Jingyi whose in the same boat as Shizui.  Lan Wangji also has success in resurrecting Jiang Cheng, who becomes the tribe’s most talented hunter and domesticates much of the wild animals, including the wolves. Jiang Cheng is not a fan of ressurecting WXX, but Lan Wangji doesn’t listen. They are capable of freeing Jiang Yanli, her husband Jin Zixuan, and their young son Jin Ling.Three years into reviving people, Lan Wangji finally has success in freeing his brother Lan Xichen and uncle Lan Qiren. Anyway I’ve gone on long enough. The point is I’m don’t buy  that Senku was the only one on the entire planet to be freed from the petrification by the miracle fluid in over 3,700 YEARS.
