This great tit was not in a good way when it arrived at the centre. Sadly, the nest box its parents had chosen to nest in had fallen off the wall and it was the only youngster to have survived the impact. It was rushed in to see our vet team, but could barely move, let alone stand. After being placed into an incubator, it was, when safe to do so, given fluids before being placed on round the clock watch. Amazingly, after several hours of trying, it started to pick up and is now much more lively!
