It had never happened that I didn’t go to Cádiz (my hometown) for a whole year; 371 days, to be exact. The last time I was there I gathered a handful of small treasures, most of them I found in the beach, but also scraps of fabric my mom kept for me and cotton strings from the tea I took in the afternoons in the square near my parents’ house. I found the fabric for the dress inside a pool tide, all tattered and beautifully stained by the sea but the floral pattern is still visible and now dwelled by turnstones. -- source link
