WHAT:15 oz kidney beans, rinsed & drained1 cup couscous, cooked1 ½ tbsp ketchup½ tbsp mustard1-2 tbsp onions, chopped (or ¼ onion powder)½ tsp mrs dash (original flavor)1 tbsp celery, chopped (optional)HOW:Drain & rinse bean.Mash beans with a hand masher or pulse 3-4 times in food processor.Mix or pulse in ketchup, mustard, onions, spices & couscous, don’t over mix!Form mixture into a ball shape. Preheat the oven to 350F.Allow to sit uncover in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
