My newest skull: spotted H.yena. I used to have a brown h.yena but I traded it because it was quite damaged and I wanted one in better condition. However h.yena skulls are becoming very hard to find and it took me a year to find a new one. It was very expensive but I’m glad I bought it. One thing I find a bit strange is that it has grave wax all over it. I’m not sure how this happened because I’m assuming the skull was boiled, since it’s missing its nasal bones. I always thought grave wax doesn’t form when temperatures are so high? Anyone have any ideas how this might have happened? -- source link
