Strong women. 1) Be strong for yourself. It’s easier to say you need to be strong for your kids, your family, your partner, but recognize that you need - and deserve - to be strong for YOU. You deserve to be healthy and happy, and live the life that you want to live. Be strong for YOU. 2) Be strong for your family. Your kids, your pets - they depend on you. You want to be able to pick them up when they’ve fallen, hold them in your arms. Be strong for your partner, who may lean on you for support. Be strong for them. 3) Be strong for your friends. The people in your life that may turn to you when struggling and they need someone to rely on. And not just the friends you know, but the people you inspire every day that you don’t even realize you’ve touched. Be strong for them. 4) Be strong for your work. Having strength at work with increased energy means more productivity and more success. You become less stressed with every win and you can earn more money, giving yourself opportunities to enjoy life outside of work. Be strong for your success. 5) Be strong for your purpose. What is it that you want to do in life, to bring to life, a life that matters to you? Are you living that purpose? Or do you feel drained every day, with barely enough energy to make it to the couch and relax? Be strong for your purpose, for your future, so you can make that future what you want it to be. Strong women inspire me everyday to be a stronger version of myself. Women have tremendous strength in them, and the sad part is, most don’t even see it yet. You deserve this.
