ruthbancroftgarden: Aloe ‘Orange Popsicle’The cross between Aloe ferox and Aloe arborescens produces such beautiful plants that there are lots of different cultivars with this parentage. Some are introductions from plants in nature, since there are places in South Africa where the 2 species occur together and have created natural hybrids. Others come from deliberate crosses made by growers, as is the case with ‘Orange Popsicle’, which was hybridized by me right here at the Ruth Bancroft Garden.
