Foodwise, i have been wanting to share this with you but have been so busy lately! . . . In 35 days, I have managed to correct so many bad habits I had picked up (again) in the last 6 months and (again), kicked white sugar to the curb when I started this. Also ditched the fast food I was feeding on (often). Alcohol intake also drastically reduced. Not worth the empty calories. . . . I have been doing loads of research on #nutrition to broaden my meal choices and increase in learning. Told you all before that knowledge is power! Don’t be afraid to learn!! I have done research on macros as well. I like to know what I am dealing with . . . I have been cooking way more. Whutwhut…if you know me…I detest cooking. But when you slave away in kitchen, you are more inclined to stick to it…for me anyway. I also have included drinking 3.5l of water each day. . . . Small changes make for big results! -- source link
