I bought these photos a few months ago on Ebay. Really wish I could have afforded to buy all of them. The seller said that her uncle owned a gay bar in San Jose in the 1960’s, but she didn’t know much about it. These photos are from around 1967/68. I’ve done a little research with no luck, but would love to know more about this place. If anyone happens to know anything about the gay bar scene in 1960’s San Jose…let me know. I would love to know at least what it was called. would love to be able to hear these peoples stories. -- source link
