That really awkward squirming you do when you lay on your bed at night and think to yourself “I just wanna do something.” It’s that burning need to just go and have fun or be productive when you see your friends having the time of their lives even though they’re virtually doing nothing. It’s the feeling of wanting to pull a zipper down your body and very literally step out of your own skin. The problem doesn’t lie in the fact that you’re not doing enough. No, usually the problem is jut the fact that you’re not content with who you are as a person. I’m not saying that there’s something wrong with you. The feeling of restlessness is more than normal and everyone gets it once every while. However, when it happens frequently, like on a day to day basis, things need to change.
