And this is definitely a biased opinion, but look at what Sebastian Stan was able to do with so little screen time. I mean…WOW. Also, Bucky’s screen time in Civil War was basically equal to the combined screen time he had in The First Avenger AND The Winter Soldier. Now imagine if we got a Winter Soldier movie or Netflix series.
