I did it, I drew Marie. She looks thoroughly boring to me but I suppose she has to be at least reasonably conventionally attractive or she doesn’t qualify as a Mary Sue. You’re getting better at drawing something you’ve historically been shit at.From every angle, the view of Marie’s head is dominated by the massive data storage/processing unit that makes up the entire upper half of her braincase. One of the first successful prototypes of the cybernetic implants that have since become widely available and popular amongst everyday people, this thing is literally plugged into her brain and is the source of her ability to learn new information almost instantaneously and retain it indefinitely.At it’s core, it’s Terran technology, but it’s since been altered and upgraded by Marie’s Protoss allies and now has a bit of a hotch-potch appearance. However, it now has the added bonus of allowing Marie to interface with her ship, and provides her with some very limited degree of psionic ability - for example, it’s not so easy for Protoss to get inside Marie’s head as it normally is when they talk to Terrans.Good grief, she’s almost embarrassing to talk about.
