gunrunnerhell:TankedThai officials push over a T69-2 Chinese made tank into the sea at Narathiwat province, southern Thailand, 09 August 2010. The Thai military dropped 25 T69-2 tanks purchased from China in 1987 into the Gulf of Thailand to serve as artificial reefs to assist in a project initiated by Queen Sirikit to improve the marine ecosystems and increase fish stock in the area.Even with outdated and crappy tanks, this is a bit sad to see. -- source link
