When your knee braces become apart of your aesthetic. I went to a clinic months ago for pain in my knees and left arm. The doctor recommended therapy, but my insurance denied me. I’ve lost more weight so the original leg braces don’t fit lol. Also apparently I was given the wrong diagnosis for my arm and the wrong brace which is why it wasn’t helping. Anyway I knew I was going to have my knees looked at along with my abdomen. So I wore a crop top with a skirt so it would be easy for the doctor see my abdomen and knees.
