Not sure what ideas of perspective most of you seem to have - but the bottom of the fence is clearly ABOVE the water-level. At first glance it looks impressive because it initially APPEARS that the wooden fence is holding back the water - which we know is nonsense, right? Really - if something appears to good to be true, then it usually is…. -- source link
