Those guys can be 9 inches That could be the case. I know the moles in FL are tiny and blind and fluffy, but maybe some are sleek? I would imagine it would help them with the mud and when their tunnels get flooded? They’d have to be good swimmers like gophers Our soil around the coasts is also very sandy and therefore gets really solid when wet, so Imd think the sleekness would help them shimmy around fairly solid tunnels tooMaybe the one my dad trapped was a baby or something (still kinda mad he trapped it) -- source link
