What is becoming clear is that these are no longer one-off mutations or happenstance comings together but that the symbiotic pairing of the Pearl substance and the biotechnological material may be out there forming isolated colonies. After observing some specimens we have seen conversion rates that are borderline viral. One subject has the potential to consume and convert at a rapid rate. This female here was found cornered in an opulent bathroom at a five-star hotel penthouse. The entire 15 floors had already been converted and were serving as this one’s hungry thralls. When we postulated classifying her as a colony queen she scoffed at us and said in a haughty voice (which made us clench rather tightly just from the seductive sound) “A queen? Oh no…I am but a Princess.” We are unsure if she simply did not like the term queen or if there are actual queens out there we have not discovered yet.
