What’s to stop them from renaming the characters to be “more diverse”? Once you’ve decided it’s permissible to tamper with a classic book like this, there’s not much stopping you from going further. Frankenstein’s monster is black now? There’s more implications the poz squad would be comfortable with. Not to mention a black Captain Ahab being obsessed with killing a white whale hehe.literally just make new stories and new characters folksIt’s just the covers, though.
