wapiti3:Moose Encounter October 23 2014 on Flickr. what started out as an “oh wow moment” turned into a run for my life through the bush with a cow moose and calf chasing me! Very scary! Went on for about 400 meters before they lost interest! When the calf laid her ears back , i knew i was in trouble! The cow, who i know very well and is the only moose i’ve ever known not afraid of humans, came out and charged me! she’s never shown any aggression in the 6 years i’ve known her before! but wow! that changed this morning! -- source link
