following her introduction back on Christmas day, we would like to partially introduce you to Lucuma, the New face of the Physalis Project.As our Mascot, Lucuma is to be featured as a recurrent character in all of our games, most of the time as a Host others as a Cameo.But in the case of our main game “Frozen Heart Bitches” she’s going to play an important role as a Recurring character thought the series, this is going to be explained and Detailed on a introductory MiniComic we will be releasing this new year, she’s actually very relevant to the events occurring on the School.About her Origin and Meaning behind her Creation.The creation of Lucuma was a reactionary response to some comments we have received since we started with the project about if we were planing on making a mascot, and after giving it some though and while working on the scripts for “Frozenheart Bitches” the concept was Born.Lucuma is a humanized version of an species of Bear called the “Spectacled bear” name given because of the white fur around their eyes, they are a small type of wear who likes to eat fruits and small insects, they live on the jungles of Peru.the name Lucuma is short for Lulu Kuma, this name has it’s origin on a play of words, being the Aymara (a peruvian native language) word for Spectacled Bear, Ukumari, which conveniently sounds like the Japanese word for Bear “Kuma”, and her First name Lulu a common name that doesn’t hold a deeper meaning as far as convenience.Lucuma is the name of a Native Peruvian fruit which is very popular all around the country, it has a slightly sour creamy flavor and it is mostly consumed as an Icecream and Cake flavor.And, that’s it for today!you are going to learn more and more about this character in the comic and the games, i know you are going to find her story very interesting and exiting ;)Thank you for reading and Happy new Year!! -- source link
